Crestmead Medical Centre runs an appointment based practice but also caters for emergencies that present.

Children under 16, pension, concession and eligible DVA card holders will remain eligible for Medicare bulk billing. For non-eligible patients, there will be a gap fee. If you have flu-like symptoms, including a fever, cough, headache, sore throat or shortness of breath, loss of smell or taste it is important you seek medical care early as these may be COVID-19 symptoms. Please contact us via phone 3803 5400 prior to making a booking or visiting the medical centre.
Please advise at the time of booking if you have been in close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19 or have flu-like symptoms.
We would appreciate it if you could wear a mask if you are suffering the above symptoms.
