Please ring the medical centre and speak to our friendly reception staff to arrange an appointment at a time convenient to you . The GP’s are very popular so it is advisable to plan well ahead as you may not be able to book an appointment at short notice with the Doctor of your choice.

It is greatly appreciated if you are able to phone the medical centre if you are unable to attend your appointment . That gives us the opportunity to reschedule your appointment and also offer the slot to another patient.
As our practice is quite busy, many patients have to wait for appointments to become available. If you notify us and cancel your appointments when you cannot attend we are able to offer the time to another patient who can then see a doctor.
We have made the decision that you may be charged a fee of $30 for non attendance without notifying us 24 hours prior to the appointment.
The usual length of appointment is 10 minutes . Please let our reception staff know if you require a longer appointment . If you have forms to fill in or multiple issues to discuss it is advisable to ask for a longer consultation . It is possible that if time doesn’t allow you may be asked to re book to complete paperwork or discuss further issues.
